Direction For young chicks, the Free Range Layer Pellet is best introduced once they reach the point of lay (18–20 weeks). Blending with the Chicken Starter Grower from 16 weeks is advisable to assist with shell formation.
Typical feed consumption is between 90–110 g per bird per day and is best provided through a feeder. To ensure minimal wastage, keep the feeder elevated so the birds can comfortably access the feed but not scratch it onto the ground. Always ensure the birds have access to plenty of clean drinking water.
